Thermostats Our Programmable digital thermostats allow you to control each room temperature individually. A thermostat is included as standard with each kind of floor heating kit we offer. We offer two types of thermostat: –
- TH132-AF Air / Floor sensing
- TH132-F. Floor sensing only
The TH132-AF thermostat allows you to control the air temperature in the room where the thermostat is to be mounted. There is a sensor in the thermostat and a second sensor which goes under the floor. The underfloor sensor is used as a temperature limiter – this makes it ideal for use under timber and laminate floors although it can equally be used under tiles and natural stone. The TH132-AF is supplied as standard with our Carbon Foil Heating Kits. The TH132-F thermostat has a single temperature sensor – the underfloor sensor. As all the temperature sensing takes place under the floor, the thermostat can be
mounted remotely up to 20 metres away from the heated room. The TH132-F is supplied as standard in our Cable Kit and Mat Kit ranges.
Both the TH132-AF and the TH132-F feature a built-in timer with 7-day programming and energy saving features such as temperature setback and
proportional control.
